1.2 You know and agree that this Agreement may be modified by Noziroh, but such modifications are aimed at providing better services to you as users and are made in accordance with the mandatory provisions of laws and regulations. Occasionally, changes may be made to the wording of this Agreement in order to improve its readability. If material changes are made to this Agreement, which reduce your rights or interests, Noziroh will notify you via the contact details you have provided or via a public announcement. 1.3 Our products and services are aimed primarily at adults. If you are a minor, please try or use our products and services with the consent of your parents or legal guardians.

2.1 The Noziroh account refers to the identification tool which is owned by Noziroh and is managed by the same, and which is used to verify the identity and provide services to the user. As a registered user, you have the right to use only the Noziroh account registered in your name. You can access our web pages and try our products and services without registering on the Noziroh site, but by registering you can enjoy more services and experiences. For example, you will receive the latest information on Noziroh; participate in Noziroh activities; upload your personal photos; share comments and feedback; and purchase Noziroh products through your Noziroh account.

2.2 You guarantee that the information you provided when registering your Noziroh account is accurate, truthful, legal and valid and belongs solely to you. If any of the above information changes after you have registered, it will be up to you to update your information in a timely manner.

2.3 Your Noziroh account acts as a verification to allow you to use the services on the Noziroh platform. You need to protect Noziroh's account details and password. If the password of your Noziroh account is lost, you can contact us and recover your password. If you find that another person is using your Noziroh account without your permission, please let us know immediately. We will work with you to resolve these issues in order to avoid or mitigate any losses.

2.4 When using your Noziroh account, in addition to local, regional and national laws and regulations, you will need to act in a manner consistent with public morality and common decency. You must not take any action or cause any action that violates the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. Also, you cannot use your Noziroh account for advertising; sell goods or services; or engage in other business activities. The user is responsible for all acts relating to his Noziroh account, unless he is able to provide evidence to the contrary that proves that such acts were not carried out by him.

2.5 You agree that when you use your Noziroh account to receive services provided by Noziroh, or any partner of Noziroh, you are permitted to send any commercial or non-commercial information to the contact details provided or directly via your Noziroh account in a consistent with applicable law.

2.6 Fees: You must use a mobile phone, computer or other device to connect to the Internet before you can use your Noziroh account. During the process, you may be required to pay network connection fees, cell phone data fees, or other charges. If you purchase goods or services through your Noziroh account, you will be required to pay through a third party payment service provider, such as a credit card or other financial services provider, which may charge you a fee. The user is responsible for these fees.

3.1 All intellectual property rights in the Noziroh site, including but not limited to the copyright of the software and any images, will be reserved to Noziroh. The intellectual property rights of all content on the Noziroh platform and Noziroh account will be owned by Noziroh, with the exception of the content to which you have the copyright under the relevant law. Noziroh owns or has obtained legal clearance of all design drawings involved in the Noziroh platform and account and other designs, products and service names. Without the prior written consent of Noziroh, it is not possible to duplicate, issue, exhibit, translate, compile or disseminate the information network, drawings, products and service names listed above, or use them for any purpose.

3.2 The user must own all intellectual property rights for words, images, music, videos, software and other published information, uploaded using their Noziroh account while using Noziroh services. The user agrees to grant Noziroh a right of non-exclusive, perpetual and irrevocable use (including but not limited to the rights to duplicate, issue, exhibit, translate, compile or disseminate through the information network, etc.) the information referred to above. The user further agrees that Noziroh may sublicense such rights. If you discover that there are unsigned works on the Noziroh platform and the user is the author or the owner of the rights, please contact us immediately. We will consider your request and properly handle this issue as soon as possible.

3.3 You warrant that you are the copyright owner or that you have obtained legal authorization for the information posted and uploaded using your Noziroh account at the time of using the Noziroh services, and such information will not violate the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. If a third party raises a legitimate and reasonable objection to the above information, Noziroh reserves the right to delete the relevant information based on the circumstances and take appropriate legal action.

3.4 Noziroh values ​​user privacy. We will make every reasonable effort to protect your privacy. While using your Noziroh account, we may collect, store, dispose, share and use your personal and non-personal information. Any matter relating to the protection of privacy must be treated in accordance with Noziroh's Privacy Policy.

4.1 To take full advantage of the resources available through your Noziroh account, if you are unable to activate your account after submitting your information; if you are unable to access and use your Noziroh account in a timely manner after registering; or if you are unable to access and use your Noziroh account within a certain period of time; or if you violate the terms of this Agreement, Noziroh will have the right to suspend the use of your account and to stop providing services to the user.

4.2 The user understands and accepts that Noziroh will have the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue all or part of the services at any time according to their business needs. If such termination materially affects your rights or interests, Noziroh will provide written notice via the contact details provided. The user must take appropriate measures to address any virtual property involved in their Noziroh account within seven (7) working days of receiving the aforementioned communication. If you fail to do so in accordance with the methods prescribed by Noziroh in a timely manner, the user will fully assume all related liabilities.

5.1 Noziroh expressly denies all guarantees regarding the accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of any information contained on the Noziroh website. If you intend to take action based on the "information" above, you will be solely responsible for the distinction between the accuracy and truthfulness of such information and you will be responsible for taking appropriate measures to mitigate such risks. Noziroh will not be responsible for the consequences resulting from your acts. When you receive services from Noziroh, you may come in contact with uncomfortable or offensive information. Under no circumstances will Noziroh be responsible for such information. However, Noziroh will process the above information as soon as possible upon discovery. Noziroh will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from or relating to your use of the site, not directly associated with Noziroh, whether direct, indirect, accidental, special, consequential or punitive.

5.2 Given the particular nature of Internet services, the user acknowledges and accepts that in none of the following circumstances will Noziroh be held responsible for its losses (including, without limitation, loss of property, loss of earnings, loss of data, etc. or other intangible losses):

- If the Noziroh system has problems and cannot operate normally due to a force majeure event, including but not limited to earthquake, tsunami, typhoon, flood, coup, war, terrorist attack, sudden power failure, strike of the workers, etc .;

- If the services provided by the Noziroh platform are suspended or delayed due to hacker attacks, computer viruses, Trojans and / or other harmful programs;

- If the services provided by the Noziroh platform are suspended or delayed due to technical changes or malfunctions, or system maintenance, etc. telecommunication departments and network operators;

- If the services provided by the Noziroh platform are delayed, suspended or interrupted due to changes in laws and regulations, or the order and decision of the judicial authorities, administrative bodies and other departments, etc.;

- If the user suffers losses due to the use of his Noziroh account in violation of the relevant provisions, or uses his account improperly.

6.1 If Noziroh finds or receives complaints or reports from others that the user has violated the provisions of this Agreement, Noziroh shall, without notice, have the right to delete and protect at any time the relevant information that the user has posted or uploaded. . Depending on the severity of the circumstances, Noziroh reserves the right to impose a punishment on the user himself, including but not limited to warn, limit or prohibit the use of all or part of the functions, account closure until account cancellation or other appropriate actions such as providing public warnings. The user will be held responsible for any related losses.

6.2 If your acts cause losses to Noziroh, including but not limited to direct losses, reputational losses, third party penalties, compensation claims, etc., Noziroh shall have the right to seek indemnification from you for any loss he suffered.

6.3 In the event of a dispute between the user and a third party due to the breach of the provisions of this Agreement, the user will be solely responsible for all related consequences and will indemnify and keep Noziroh harmless. In this case, Noziroh has no obligation to assist the user in resolving this dispute and the user himself must not involve Noziroh in such agreements.

6.4 Limitation of liability: for any loss (regardless of the type of loss) suffered for any reason during the use of your Noziroh account, in no case will Noziroh be held liable for damages exceeding the price paid to Noziroh, unless otherwise and expressly required by applicable laws and regulations.

7.1 Any problem arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including its execution or non-execution, interpretation or resolution of related disputes, will be governed by the laws of the European Union, regardless of the conflict of laws provisions. In the event of a conflict between a provision of this Agreement and laws and regulations, the laws and regulations will prevail. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions of this document will not be affected.

7.2 Any dispute arising from the execution of this Agreement will be resolved by the parties through amicable consultation. If a solution cannot be reached through amicable consultation, either party may bring an appeal before a court of competent jurisdiction in the place where the defendant is located.

8.1 Any important information from Noziroh may be sent by email, mobile number, postal address and other contact details provided when registering your Noziroh account or by posting such information via the Noziroh platform. Information sent by electronic means of communication is deemed to have been provided effectively at the time received on your electronic equipment.

9.1 Prices and currencies displayed at the time of payment are final. Noziroh does not charge any additional transaction fees. If you are paying for your order with an international credit card, the price displayed on your card statement may vary based on exchange rates. Your bank or card issuer may also charge additional foreign conversion fees and commissions, which can increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or card issuer regarding any charges incurred. Note: the seller is located in Italy or China (the Chinese seller will be paid by Alibaba).

9.2 Payments on hub.noziroh.com are handled by PayPal. Noziroh does not store and has no access to your payment details. Your credit card details are stored on PayPal's servers.

9.6 Any customs duties are not included in the sales prices, they depend on the country of destination and it is the recipient who must pay them (since he is the importer).

10.1 The goods and services of Noziroh Hub are intended only for companies, therefore it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal governed by the Consumer Code. The right of withdrawal provided for in the Consumer Code concerns only the consumer. The notion of "consumer" is provided for by art. 3 lett. A D. Lgs. 206/05: "consumer or user: the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out".

10.2 Noziroh makes every effort to supply the products listed in the order confirmation. In some situations, however, we will have to cancel your order. For example, (1) the item is no longer available; (2) the item is no longer produced; (3) there is a fluctuation in the price; or (4) a Third Party notifies Noziroh that cancellation is necessary. In this case, Noziroh will cancel the order, notify the cancellation and promptly refund the money paid for the order. Unless the case involves violations of applicable national law, the refund of the money paid for an order will constitute the extent of Noziroh's liability to you for a canceled order.

10.3 The costs of the subscription, the surplus of the warehouse and all the services deriving from the use of Noziroh Hub (marketing, ecommerce, order fulfillment, etc.) are not refundable for any reason.

10.4 Transactions due to the transfer of goods are not refundable in the case of products customized, modified on request, or damaged by the user.

11.1 The products purchased from Noziroh, being intended for companies, have a warranty of 12 months (1 year) starting from the date of purchase. This warranty is redeemable only in the country or region of original purchase.

11.2 The warranty covers only product defects caused by workmanship or construction materials. To make a claim, please submit the original proof of purchase (invoice) and photographic proof of product defects to info@hub.noziroh.com.

11.3 During the repair of any product, Noziroh suppliers may use rebuilt, reconditioned or new parts and components. Alternatively, they can completely replace the defective product with a rebuilt, refurbished or new product or issue a credit note (excluding shipping costs and ancillary costs).

11.4 Please note that we offer after-sales service only in the areas we ship to (including repairs and / or replacements / returns)

11.5 The warranty does not cover:

- Defects or damage resulting from accidents, negligence, misuse or abnormal use; abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquids, moisture, sand, or dirt; unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.

- Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Noziroh.

- Ordinary wear and tear.

- Defects or damage resulting from the use of the product in combination or connection with accessories, products or auxiliary / peripheral equipment not supplied or approved by Noziroh.

- Any defects or damage of physical characteristics resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service or adjustment not supplied or approved by Noziroh.

- Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flood, dirt, storm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse or misuse of any electrical source.

- Products not purchased from Noziroh.

11.6 The shipping costs of the products to Noziroh are always charged to the customer and it will be his responsibility that the goods arrive at their destination.

12.1 The return or replacement of purchased goods, being Noziroh Hub intended only for companies, is always linked to the product warranty.

12.2 Requests caused by:

- Defects or damage caused by misuse, neglect, physical damage, tampering, incorrect adjustment, normal wear or incorrect installation after purchase.

- Price fluctuations are the only reason for the return.

- Personalized customer contracts.

12.3 In all cases, we will inspect the product and verify the defect. To be replaced or refunded, devices must be in "as new" condition and with original packaging. Accessories must be sealed in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is deemed to have been damaged.

12.4 Please contact Noziroh customer support via email at info@hub.noziroh.com to request a return. Without a verified claim, the goods will be refused. Return requests cannot be canceled once the goods are shipped to our warehouse.

After contacting Noziroh customer support and requesting a return:

- The user will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form and will be asked to send it again. The RMA form must therefore be printed and inserted inside the shipping package that is being returned.

- The user must include all items of the original supply, including products, accessories and documentation. Please do not send additional accessories. If the items are sent to us in error, we will not be able to return them.

13.1 Orders are shipped within 5 working days from when we receive written confirmation from the customer. Orders placed during promotional periods and special events may have longer shipping times.

13.2 To avoid damage, all goods are inspected and packaged properly before delivery.

13.3 Noziroh will keep you updated on the status of your order. Shipments cannot be canceled after the goods have left our warehouse.

17.4 Noziroh's policy consists of:
